CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT TRAINING
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) works as nurses' aides, orderlies and home health aides in nursing homes, hospitals, mental health facilities, assisted living facilities and private homes. They assist patients with daily living tasks and basic care services, such as bathing, grooming and feeding, check vital signs and assist nurses with medical equipment. CNAs give patients important social and emotional support and also provide vital information on patient condition to nurses.

Approximately half of our students start this training later in life as they either re-enter the workforce after raising families or transition into a second career.
