Beginner Step Aerobics (Beginner/Intermediate): We walk, run, sit and stand, but do we climb? Using the step benches is a challenging new way to change your regular form of cardio. If you’re hitting a plateau, changing the type of cardio you are doing is a fantastic way to break through and see results again! This class will use easy combinations allowing you to slowly learn how to step, even if you feel uncoordinated.
Cardio Machines (Intermediate/Advanced): Get ready to sweat! Members begin by choosing between the stair stepper, treadmills, elliptical, or recumbent bike. Taught 'circuit style', participants walk, jog, climb, step, and sprint to the beat of modern music. When cued by the instructor, participants will rotate to a different machine. Learn how to use the machines to your advantage while burning tons of calories!
Circuit Training (Intermediate): This full-body COMBO weights and cardio class utilizes a variety of equipment including: weighted bars, step bench, weighted balls, dumbbells, stability ball, jump ropes, etc. to help you lift and sculpt your body for that firm, tight look. Core Chisel (All Levels): Jump in this 30 minute lightning speed ab class and get the most out of your time here at the gym! Hard work pays off!

Learn how to use dumbbells properly so that you can utilize them in your own personal workouts.
Power Pilates (All Levels): This 'all levels' class incorporates basic mat Pilates moves with options to add intermediate poses and advanced poses. Each week will become more complex as balance is challenged in a range of positions and muscular endurance and flexibility is emphasized. Pilates with Rings (All Levels): This 'all levels' class incorporates basic mat Pilates while utilizing the ‘Pilates rings’ which is a circular shaped toning tool which can add resistance to moves by squeezing the ring with your hands, arms, and legs.
