Weight Loss Team Challenge

If you’re not a regular at the gym, you might need the perfect motivation to get you here, and keep you here.  By joining the ‘New Year-New You’ Challenge, not only will you get weekly motivational emails to keep you on track, but you’ll also get: nutrition tips, expert fitness advice, and prize incentives!  This year, we’re offering two personal training sessions to really kick your metabolism into high fat-burning gear!
